Return Policy
Welcome to BabyJoying.com. We are committed to providing high-quality baby and toddler products to customers around the world. To protect your rights and considering the unique nature of international wholesale business, we have established the following Return Policy:
1. Scope of Application
This return policy applies to all wholesale customers who place orders through BabyJoying.com. We only accept return requests under the following circumstances:
Incorrect Shipment: The received product’s model, quantity, color, or packaging is significantly different from the order details.
Major Quality Issues: The product has manufacturing defects or shipping damage that seriously affects normal use.
⚠️ Please note: Due to the long transit times and high costs of international logistics, we do not accept return requests caused by subjective reasons (e.g., dislike, unsuitability for sales, etc.) or any non-product-quality issues. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Return Request Procedure
If you discover any issues upon receiving your goods, you must submit a return request within 7 calendar days of receipt by contacting us through:

Please include the following information in your request:
Original order number
Description of the issue and supporting photos/videos (clearly showing the issue, product packaging, and the product itself)
Recipient information
We will review your request and respond within 7 calendar days upon receiving complete information.
3. Return Requirements
If your return request is approved, please adhere to the following conditions:
Returned products must be in their original packaging and must not be used;
The return shipment must be sent within 10 calendar days of return approval;
We will provide the return address and contact person—please do not return products to the original shipping address without authorization;
If the return is due to our responsibility (wrong item or major quality issue), we will cover the return shipping cost;
Returns due to reasons not attributable to us will not be accepted.
4. Refund Instructions
After we receive and inspect the returned goods, refunds will be processed as follows:
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method;
Generally, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned goods are confirmed.
5. Special Notes
All products are subject to strict quality inspection and secure packaging before shipment. If any issues occur, please take photos first and contact our after-sales team.
If issues arise due to incorrect information provided by the customer (such as wrong shipping address or inaccurate customs clearance documents), the customer shall bear full responsibility.
In case of force majeure (such as war, natural disasters, customs policy changes, etc.), BabyJoying will assist in communication but shall not be held liable for resulting logistics issues.
